Problem

Integrating a full digital payment system into a messaging app required building trust from scratch — users needed confidence to send real money through a chat interface.

Approach

Designed the end-to-end payment experience: Kirim DANA (send money), Terima DANA (receive money), DANA Kaget (lucky money / red envelope), and the complete DANA Tab — covering all states, error flows, and confirmation patterns.

Result

Delivered a full-featured payment experience embedded naturally within BBM's chat ecosystem, making financial transactions feel as simple as sending a message.
