Job browsing on Karir.com felt passive and overwhelming — long lists of listings with no engaging way to quickly evaluate and act.

Approach

Explored a swipe-based job search model: swipe right to apply, left to skip, down to save. Validated through user interviews, surveys, focus groups, and usability testing.

Result

Research confirmed strong user intent to adopt the swipe interaction for job browsing, providing evidence for prioritising the feature.
