Problem

Vidio's mobile-first product had never been properly adapted for smart TVs and set-top boxes. The TV app was a port, not a design.

Approach

Designed a native 10-foot UI experience from scratch — navigation patterns, focus states, content hierarchy, and remote control interaction. Built a component system specific to the TV form factor.

Result

Shipped to millions of smart TV users across Indonesia. Reduced navigation depth by 40% and improved content discovery on the lean-back experience.
